| Biography | Ms. Rowe specializes in family law, eminent domain litigation, and intellectual property, giving her substantial experience in both state and federal court. She represents businesses and private individuals in a variety of litigation matters and is a member of Collaborative Family Lawyers of Utah and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association (1999—). Prior to joining Clyde Snow & Sessions, Ms. Rowe served as a staff member for the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law (1997-1998), teaching assistant for Constitutional Law I at the University of Utah (1997), and vice-president of the Women's Law Caucus (1997-1998). She is a member of Clyde Snow's Employment Law Group and regularly writes articles for the Group's newsletter Business as Usual. |
