| Biography | After being involved in a head-on motorcycle crash at age 19 resulting in two months of hospitalization and over $500,000 in medical bills, Mr. Mitchell obtained his law degree from the Emory University School of Law in 1982 at only 22 years of age and has spent the entirety of his legal career assisting accident victims.
Attorney Mitchell spent the first decade of his law practice exclusively in the field of aviation accident litigation gaining experience as a wrongful death lawyer. The majority of his cases involved catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death.
Since 1993, Mitchell has served the California Central Coast and Santa Clara County area as lead counsel of The Mitchell Law Firm. As an accident litigation attorney in San Jose, he focuses on several areas of personal injury law. Dedicated to his clients, including the many victims of truck and auto accidents, his practice has a reputation for securing substantial settlements.
