Tamara (“Tammy”) Klein is an associate in the Business Law Department of Edwards Wildman. She represents public and private companies, private equity firms and non-profit organizations in a broad range of strategic transactions.
•Advised GnuBio Inc., a developer of fully integrated droplet-based DNA sequencing technology, as general counsel and in its acquisition by Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. in a merger transaction including milestone based contingent payments.

Before Edwards Wildman

During law school, Tammy served as an Assistant Case Manager in the Office for Interactions with Industry at Partners HealthCare System, Inc. In addition to her summer at the firm, Tammy was a judicial intern for the Honorable Dyanne J. Klein at Newton District Court in Newton, Massachusetts. Prior to attending law school, Tammy was a paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel at Partners HealthCare.
