Tammie Rattray's practice includes union avoidance, union organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, alleged unfair labor practices, wage and hour claims, and all aspects of EEO claims, including alleged harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases. Tammie has successfully litigated claims, to include jury trials, in both state and federal court, and she has also successfully defended employers in arbitrations and administrative proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC and other state and federal agencies. Tammie regularly provides counseling and advice to clients on a wide variety of matters. She is a frequent lecturer and trainer on various topics to include positive employee relations, EEO matters, and best practices for discipline and discharge. Tammie represents clients in both the public and private sector in a broad spectrum of industries including PEO and staffing, health care, transportation, retail, and education. Tammie serves on the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Council for a Union-Free Environment. She is actively involved in the Tampa Bay area, recently graduating from Leadership Tampa Bay.
