| Biography | A partner since 2003, Ted focuses his practice on commercial real estate lending and manages national loan programs for clients ING Investment Management, LLC, and ICA Mortgage Capital, LLC. His practice also includes commercial real estate sales and purchases, real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, leasing and loan workouts. Ted also helps manage several of the firm's key client relationships with large national companies that use a broad range of the firm's resources, such as Koch Industries, Inc., INVISTA S.à r. l., Georgia-Pacific LLC and NV Energy, Inc. Prior to his legal career, Ted earned his CPA certificate in Missouri in 1982 and practiced with a national public accounting firm.
