Terry Graf has spent over 40 years advising a wide variety of clients on their personal and business needs. Terry's practice encompasses individuals, families, and both large and small Canadian and international corporations.
He has been involved in providing comprehensive legal advice in the area of wills, estates and trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives. He represents personal and corporate executors in the administration of estates. He has significant experience in all areas of estate and will litigation.
Terry provides sound advice and representation to both corporations and employees on employment law and wrongful dismissal.
He also represents Plaintiffs who have suffered from personal injuries.
As a member of the Collaborative Law Lawyers of Saskatchewan, Terry's family law practice now focuses on the collaborative law process. He has adapted the process of collaboration to the resolution of disputes in other areas of law, particularly in the areas of wills and estates.
Terry advises on both pension and health and welfare trusts, as well as builders, vendors, and purchasers on all real estate needs, including condominiums and commercial real estate.
