| Additional Bio Details | Mr. Link provides business counsel to clients ranging from owners of closely-held small businesses to corporate executives and general counsel of large corporations. His professional experience includes negotiating and drafting acquisition, merger, and divestiture agreements, franchise documents, distribution and supply agreements, buy-sell agreements, asset-based loan documentation, and trademark, software, and technology license agreements; advising clients on business entity formation and start-up issues; assisting clients with Uniform Commercial Code issues such as sale of goods' contract terms and conditions and secured transactions; assisting clients with trademark matters, including internet-related trademark issues, trade dress issues, trademark clearance searches, and trademark co-existence agreements; and securing, enforcing, and expanding clients' domestic and international trademark rights through appropriate trademark registrations, brand licensing agreements, and other trademark portfolio management activities.
