Tharpe & Howell’s Workers’ Compensation Defense teams work with clients to quickly and efficiently resolve Workers’ Compensation claims. We assist our clients by providing recommendations intended to reduce their overall exposure. When litigation becomes necessary, we offer the expertise of Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialists to create the appropriate file handling strategies.

We understand the day-to-day pressures that employers, adjusters and risk managers face in dealing with Workers’ Compensation issues and therefore make ourselves available to assist in the resolution of these time-sensitive issues. Services Available

Tharpe & Howell's Workers’ Compensation practice includes the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims, insurance coverage questions, and representation at Administrative and Judicial levels. We also handle claims for discrimination under Labor Code 132(a), claims for serious and willful misconduct, ADA, Coverage B, reconsideration and appeals.
