The Environmental Law Group, PLLC is a member-based group of experienced environmental lawyers. Headed by a senior environmental law manager, Environmental Law Group, PLLC specializes in all aspects of Environmental Issues. The ELG was created by a group of independent practice attorneys to provide a wide range of services to clients of all kinds who face land use and environmental problems or who need counsel and advice on how to address existing or potential environmental issues.
The ELG practice is primarily limited to Virginia, but may partner with or assist clients or counsel in nearby states where the specialized experience and expertise of ELG counsel are needed. Environmental laws and problems have become increasingly complex and adversarial in recent years. The ELG was created to provide clients with counsel who have a wide range of experience in many areas of litigation, counseling and advice.
We offer free consultation, and represent primarily citizens and Plaintiffs on environmental issues.
