Theodore J. Kobus is a shareholder and the Chair of the Technology, Media & Intellectual Property Practice Group of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin. A substantial portion of his practice focuses on the defense of design professionals in construction claims and copyright infringement claims, where his career in engineering provides his clients with a significant advantage.
