As a member of the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry group, T.R. has represented clients at bench and jury trials in Missouri and Illinois, with experience both as a first chair and as a member of a larger trial team. He also has received favorable results for pro bono and appointed clients, primarily in the area of civil rights claims.
T.R.'s litigation practice is varied, and he has advocated for clients in the areas of general business, financial services, product liability, toxic tort and healthcare. He represents clients of all sizes, from individuals to corporations, and advises them on negotiations, discovery issues and litigation strategies.
As part of his financial services litigation practice, T.R. has handled cases involving breach of contract disputes and creditors' rights issues. His product liability and toxic tort experience includes asbestos, benzene and prescription drug litigation. T.R. also has defended numerous consumer fraud cases and has experience handling commercial litigation matters for various healthcare industry clients.
Before attending law school, T.R. was a detective with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. In this capacity, he also was assigned to the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis.
