Theresa Perkins is an associate in the Financial Services Department, representing U.S. and non-U.S. funds and asset managers in a broad spectrum of transactional and regulatory matters. Her work includes advising on fund formations, venture capital investments, private placements, private equity co-investments, regulatory compliance, and investment due diligence.
Theresa received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Boston University International Law Journal, served as President of the Public Interest Project and received the Sylvia Beinecke Robinson Award for significant contributions to the life of the School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
