Thomas A. Carnrike

Mr. Carnrike concentrates his practice on environmental compliance and enforcement issues faced by regulated entities at the state and federal level, including petroleum bulk storage compliance, petroleum spill cleanup, asbestos remediation and hazardous waste site remediation, with an emphasis on advising clients on these issues in the transactional context of a sale, lease or purchase of real property. He also assists renewable energy, industrial and commercial clients on project development and in utilizing state and local business development incentives, including payment in lieu of tax agreements (PILOTs).
