| Biography | Tom Harney practices in the area of commercial litigation. He serves as lead trial counsel and lead appellate counsel in a broad range of cases, with a particular concentration in the areas of real property, estates, fraud, unfair competition and intra-corporate conflict. Mr. Harney is also called upon for briefing, argument and strategy in connection with major trial court motions and appeals. Mr. Harney has extensive experience with commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts and is heavily involved in brief writing and editing and in litigation strategy.
