Thomas J. Demski has over 30 years of extensive litigation experience in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey as well as before Arbitration Tribunals. These cases have involved large public and private construction projects, commercial and banking matters, shareholder disputes, and representation of insurance and surety companies in coverage and the defense of large claims. Mr. Demski is the Firm's General Counsel and has counseled and represented attorneys in professional liability matters and litigation.
