His practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a variety of technology areas, along with legal opinions and patent licensing matters involving infringement. He also has an extensive background clearing trademarks for use, U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, and acquisition and transfer of trademark rights. Prior to private practice, he was a senior attorney with Xerox Corporation and patent counsel with Carrier Corporation.
