Biography

Mr. Klosowski, of counsel, represents manufacturers, gas companies, service personnel and individuals in lawsuits arising out of explosions/fires and other product liability incidents on a national and regional basis. He also has defended landowners, lenders and title insurers in real estate litigation. He has successfully tried cases in Minnesota, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, North Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin.
