Thomas Shea is an associate in the firm's Orlando office. Thomas maintains a trial practice focused on the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims, business litigation, defense of first-party property claims, product liability claims, class actions, and complex litigation. Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, with a major in finance and a minor in statistics, and received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law where, among other accomplishments, he won Best Oral Argument during his oral advocacy course. Thomas also holds a Florida title insurance license and routinely assists with transactions and litigation involving real estate.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Thomas represented clients in class actions and complex litigation in Federal and State courts throughout the United States. His practice focused on matters involving consumer protection issues, product liability, securities fraud, business litigation, and antitrust law.
Thomas is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Florida, all United States District Courts in Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.
