The Workers' Compensation Practice Group has provided counsel to insurance companies, their insureds and self-insureds in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

The Practice Group is composed of lawyers with over 140 years of combined experience. We provide counsel on all employment - related matters and have practiced before all the judges in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Services Available

We strive to be the most economical provider of quality workers' compensation insurance defense in Central Pennsylvania. We attempt to realistically evaluate files at the earliest opportunity to determine the most efficient litigation strategy. In this early evaluation stage, we attempt to identify those cases likely to settle and chart a course toward prompt resolution. We try to avoid defending cases and then suddenly deciding that the case should be settled.

By identifying and disposing of settlement cases, we concentrate our efforts and our clients' resources on cases which are likely to be tried to conclusion. We believe that only lawyers who try and win cases obtain settlements. We actively seek cases which can be litigated to conclusion and won.
