An experienced lawyer prior to joining the Business Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, Tiffany has an extensive background in carrying out public and private corporate and securities transactions, many with a cross-border component.
Tiffany's practice focuses on the representation of issuers in growth-stage and public equity offerings, including a variety of registered and exempt securities offerings and other financing transactions. She also advises publicly-traded and privately-held companies on a wide range of corporate and securities-related matters, including corporate governance issues and periodic reporting obligations under securities law.
Tiffany also acts for domestic and foreign purchasers, vendors, and targets in share and asset acquisitions, amalgamations and restructuring transactions.
Having practiced in both civil law and common law jurisdictions in Canada and abroad, Tiffany began her career in the Paris office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, a Magic Circle law firm, where she advised the management teams of major international companies on various labour relations issues associated with corporate reorganizations, closures and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
