| Timothy C. Kelleher III is a partner at Cooley Manion Jones LLP and has been a trial lawyer with the firm since 1990. His practice focuses on civil litigation including general liability, product liability, construction site litigation, medical malpractice, civil rights litigation, and commercial litigation. His experience has included the successful trial, arbitration and mediation of a wide variety of cases. Tim was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2011 publication Best Lawyers in America in the category of personal injury litigation. Tim has participated in trial practice seminars; he has written and contributed to numerous articles in the area of civil litigation and trial practice. Tim is a graduate of Boston College (B.A., cum laude, 1987) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1990). While at Suffolk University Law School, he was a member of the Suffolk University National Trial Team, recipient of the Harold B. Goodwin, Jr. Best Trial Advocate Award, and a member of the Board of Editors of the Suffolk University Law Review. He is a native of Brockton, Massachusetts and lives in Canton, Massachusetts with his wife and four children.
