| Biography | Timothy Chapman-Smith is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. He maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice.
Mr. Chapman-Smith obtained his Honours B.A. (with Distinction) in Political Science, with minor concentrations in Philosophy and History, from Victoria College at the University of Toronto in 2007. He received his J.D. from Western Law in 2011. In 2012, he completed a secondment at the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
Mr. Chapman-Smith was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
