Mr. Denny was born in Cape Girardeau MO in 1976. He was raised on a family farm outside of Anna IL. After graduating from Anna-Jonesboro Community High School in 1995 he attended Eureka College where he played football and graduated Cum Laude in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science. While attending Eureka, Tim was also a member of the Student Senate, Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Pre-Law Society, and a founding member and inaugural president of the Eureka College Business Society. Mr. Denny also spent a semester participating in an international internship program at Richmond University in London England After graduating from Eureka College, Mr. Denny worked for two years as an auto, property, and casualty insurance adjuster.

From 2001-2004 Mr. Denny attended law school at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb where he earned his juris doctor. While in law school, he participated in the Mediation Clinic, mediating custody dispute issues in Winnebago and DuPage County family court. After law school Mr. Denny worked in Springfield for a year and a half for a litigation defense firm before returning to Southern Illinois. He now resides in Union County.

Mr. Denny's practice centers in Workers Compensation and Occupational Disease cases. His other practice areas include, civil litigation, transactions, and school law. Mr. Denny was admitted to the bar of the State of Illinois in 2004 and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Jackson County Bar Association.

Mr. Denny's non-work activities include spending time with his wife and two children, attending church, hunting, and working on the family farm.
