Todd E. Lehder is a shareholder of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. He is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate Team, Redevelopment Strategic Business Unit and Construction Industry Law Group.
Mr. Lehder's concentration is commercial real estate. He focuses his practice on the representation of individual and corporate clients in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions. Mr. Lehder also represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases. He counsels financial institutions on real estate lending, workouts, foreclosures and loan sales. He also represents purchasers of distressed real estate assets. Additionally, Mr. Lehder has significant experience in matters of construction, real estate development, redevelopment and land use law.
Mr. Lehder has been active with his community serving on his local zoning board since 2006. He has given talks and seminars about commercial real estate transactions for industry professionals including seminars at the yearly Atlantic Builder's Convention and an annual course entitled Real Estate Development from Beginning to End in New Jersey sponsored by Lorman Education Services. Mr. Lehder was selected for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers - Rising Stars® Editions 2006-2012. Mr. Lehder was also honored by NJBiz as one of their "2010 Forty Under 40" award winners.
