Mr. McCrory's successful legal experience includes cases involving: real estate and securities fraud (sending the perpetrators to prison and recovering most or all of the clients losses in a few cases), employee embezzlement; additionally, he has successfully recovered client's investments in cases involving breach of fiduciary duties by general partners and a bank and executors/trustees, among others; promissory notes and guarantors; custody battle involving the murder/suicide of parents; obtaining custody of a son and daughter for their father; and defending against injunction sought by City of Dallas.
