Tonya joined the firm in August, 2007, after 9 years with Legal Aid of Western Ohio, with emphasis on the representation of victims of domestic violence and family law. With Spengler Nathanson P.L.L., Tonya has continued to practice primarily in the Family Law area but has also expanded her practice to include probate and estate planning. Her years of experience have allowed her to represent clients in divorce cases, dissolutions, adoption, custody issues, domestic violence and stalking as well as the preparation of estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives. Tonya is also a certified Mediator and has served as a Guardian ad Litem in family law cases. She has been very successful in obtaining favorable results for clients who have sought her assistance.
