Professional Experience Tricia Foley practices in the area of the business and regulatory aspects of environmental law, where she has experience in green and sustainable business practices and carbon reduction programs. Tricia has extensive experience representing PRPs and PRP groups at large multiparty Superfund sites. She serves on the environmental committee of the New York City Bar Association. Tricia has been an adjunct professor of environmental law at the University of Hartford and is a frequent author and speaker on environmental topics.
