Troy Lewis handles M&A and capital markets transactions (regional, national, and international in scope) for corporate and private equity clients. He has experience across a wide variety of industries, including the basic materials, construction, energy, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors.
Troy regularly advises on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, executive compensation, and disclosure and other securities law compliance matters; and he has extensive experience with distressed M&A transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and court-supervised reorganizations.
In recent years, Troy has represented Arctic Glacier, Fluor Corporation, Kaiser Aluminum, Koch Industries, Micron Technology, Tokyo Electron, Turnbridge Capital, Viasystems Group, and Weir Group, among others, in significant transactions.
Troy has more than 25 years of service to the Firm and its clients.
