Tsar & Tsai Law Firm is a Taiwan-based partnership engaged in the provision of legal services relating to all aspects of international business transactions.

The Firm was founded in 1965 by Ruchin Tsar and Paul C. Tsai, and has since grown to its present size of over 45 attorneys admitted to practice in various jurisdictions. Including a staff of translators, paralegals, accountants, and other support personnel, the Firm currently employs a total of over 110 persons and is one of the largest law firms in Taiwan.

The Firm has maintained a diverse, international character. Although the majority of its attorneys are ROC nationals, most of them have received formal legal education and training in the United States and elsewhere abroad. In addition, several attorneys of the Firm are foreign nationals who are admitted to practice in, among others, the United States. All attorneys of the Firm are fluent in Chinese and English and several are fluent in Japanese.

Furthermore, the Firm prides itself on creative problem-solving and providing strategic advice to its clients. Finally, recognizing the importance of legal education, attorneys in the Firm actively serve as adjunct professors and furthering the quality of the profession and contribute to internationally-known professional, academic journals.
