I hired Mr. Tapp to regain custody of my 7 yr old grandson that I have raised since birth in my home. Neither parents were active in the child's life, though the father had stepped in and taken custody from me, which goes into much lengthy details about how he did this. Mr. Tapp charged me $7,500.00 dollars and I received only a visitation agreement no custody arrangements and to make matters worse during my representation he joined his office with the office of my grandson's father's attorney
