Tyler's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has significant experience with spin-offs and joint venture transactions. Tyler also has experience in private equity financings and general corporate and securities matters. Representative Experience Represented investor group in connection with the acquisition of a minority interest in the Atlanta Falcons NFL franchise. Represented a leading provider of identification and credential verification services in approximately 25 acquisitions and divestitures involving purchase prices ranging from $1 million to $100 million. Represented the largest fleet card processor in the world in more than a dozen acquisitions of privately-held businesses, including the repurchase of various licensees of its proprietary network. Represented a collegiate trademark licensing and marketing company in the sale of the company to a diversified sports and media company. Represented three nuclear pharmacy businesses in a roll-up sale of these businesses to a private equity firm.
