Tzen-Yi Goh

Tzen-Yi Goh is a partner in our Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. He maintains a general commercial real estate practice, which includes secured financing, acquisitions and sales, development and commercial leasing.

Mr. Goh also has experience in the area of public offerings/private placements of commercial mortgage-backed securities and is a member of the firm's Securitization Group.

Mr. Goh recently participated as a presenter and session chair at the Law Society of Upper Canada Case File Series in Real Estate Law, presented at a recent Law Society seminar with respect to commercial mortgage transactions and acted as a roundtable leader at a conference held by the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Goh received his BA (Hons.) (English Literature) from Queen's University in 1996, following which he spent a year in Taipei, Taiwan working as a journalist at The China Post, Taiwan's national English newspaper, and studying Mandarin Chinese at the National Taiwan Normal University. He received his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2000, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002.
