Concentrating in representing individual and corporate policyholders in all types of insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, particularly claims involving life and health, disability, property loss, general liability, environmental or scientific matters and attorney negligence; complex commercial litigation, ERISA and employee benefits litigation. Although much of our practice involves large controversies, we handle a number of smaller matters as well. In addition to representing local, national and international clients throughout Florida, our attorneys, admitted in a number of states, frequently monitor or handle litigation in other jurisdictions.
