Victor D. Martinez has been practicing criminal defense law in the State of Florida for over 23 years. His extraordinary and substantial trial experience includes having defended clients in 100 state and 75 federal jury trials. His Federal Criminal Defense experience includes the successful defense of clients charged with murder, drug possession, drug trafficking, racketeering, arson, gun offenses, DUI manslaughter, and white collar crimes including large scale economic fraud offenses. Victor D. Martinez graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1983. His qualifications and experience include that he was a former Hillsborough County State Attorney and a former Federal Public Defender in the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division. Victor is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar, The Southern, Middle, and Northern Federal District Courts of Florida, as well as the Eleventh and Third Circuits of the United States Courts of Appeals.
