The firm was established in 1995 to provide legal advice to a broad range of clients in every aspect of business law and matters concerning the investment of foreign capital in Brazil. The firm's scope of activities encompasses areas as diverse as banking, project finance and infrastructure, insurance, mining, privatization, real estate and transportation. It also has a significant anti-trust/competition practice, and a department for tax planning and litigation. The client base is well balanced between domestic and foreign clients, and the firm staff currently has over 40 lawyers.
