Vince's practice consists of litigating a broad array of environmental matters in the federal and state courts, and federal, state and local regulatory administrative tribunals. These matters include, but are not limited to, air, water, land use, Superfund, RCRA, toxic tort, DOT-hazardous materials, and white collar crime.
