Vincent S. Oleszkiewicz is a partner in the Chicago office of Leech Tishman and is a member of the Environmental, Safety & Toxic Torts and Corporate Practice Groups. Vince focuses his practice in the area of environmental law, including all aspects of domestic and international environmental regulation, permitting and compliance, advising clients on environmental issues, dispute resolution and transactional matters.
During the course of his 30-year career, Vince has litigated environmental matters that include CERCLA/Superfund actions and private and governmental cost recovery actions, RCRA litigation, groundwater contamination and toxic tort cases. He has represented corporate clients in administrative proceedings before local, state and federal environmental agencies and in complex environmental litigation in state and federal courts. Vince regularly provides environmental compliance counseling and guidance to manufacturing and construction companies, as well as in real estate and corporate transactions with regard to all aspects of federal and state environmental regulations and requirements.
