Biography

Vincenzo Carannante is an associate in the firm's Health Law Practice Group. He represents hospitals, behavioral health providers, organ procurement organizations, tissue banks, clinical laboratories, home health agencies and physician practices. Vincenzo counsels clients on a wide range of state and federal health care regulatory and business matters, including Medicaid and Medicare issues, contracting, fraud and abuse, licensure, government investigations and audits, RAC audits, medical staff, affiliations, physician recruitment, probate court matters, reimbursement, privacy of medical information, corporate compliance and risk management issues. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Bishop of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
