Vlad Bulkin assists a variety of entities, including business development companies (BDCs) and closed-end funds, in their capital raising efforts and regulatory filing needs with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He counsels them on general corporate governance issues, as well as maintaining compliance with securities regulations. Vlad also handles matters relating to the establishment and operation of public and private venture funds.
Before joining the firm, Vlad was a legal extern with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the U.S. Attorney's Office. He also worked as a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement and the Office of International Corporate Finance, and as a law clerk in the legal department of a major transportation company.
