After serving an extended internship with Broward County Public Defender's Office, Clay began his civil trial career with a large insurance defense firm in Orlando, Fl. About four years later he was invited to join Morgan & Morgan's trial team. Since 1998, Clay has litigated on behalf of wronged and injured individuals. He has won jury verdicts and reached settlement agreements in excess of one million dollars. As a trial attorney litigating a wide spectrum of torts, he has represented clients injured as a result of auto accidents, premises accidents, police misconduct, and sexual abuse among others. He is proud to represent the interest of those whom may otherwise be unable to achieve justice on their own. Clay has been honored with the prestigious "AV rating" by Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent national publication in the legal field.
