About this office:
James Wade began his law practice in his hometown of Bushnell, Florida in 1983.
The fact that he decided to practice law in Bushnell, Florida, the county seat, was no surprise, given that his roots to Sumter County go back to his great grandfather, who was born in 1874. Over the years he has handled a variety of case types-including both transactional real estate and business litigation--for a diverse group of clients (local governments and public boards, as well as local individuals and non-residents).
After 25+ years of practice and experience, the firm now limits its representation to select clients who seek and appreciate individualized service and representation.
Statement of Practice Summary:
Aviation Law; Personal Injury; Nursing Home Abuse; Civil Litigation; Criminal Law; Golf Cart Accidents; Wrongful Death; Probate and Financial Legal Issues; Equestrian Law; Real Estate Law.
