Experienced Trial Lawyers With A Perspective From The Bench
Retired Judge Rodney L. Walker and his partner and son Barry M. Walker share 50 years of legal experience inside courtrooms, at negotiating tables and in conference rooms. In that time, the Walker Trial Lawyers have been helping businesses and individuals with their legal problems: offering strategies, providing solutions and delivering results.
As an attorney, retired Riverside County Superior Court Judge Rodney L. Walker handled every type of legal matter his clients brought to his Riverside County firm. As a judge, Walker presided over thousands of cases, including hundreds of trials, ranging from death penalty criminal cases to will contests and civil lawsuits. Now, Mr. Walker offers his vast experience to clients of Walker Trial Lawyers, LLP.
Attorney Barry M. Walker was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998 and joined the established Corona law firm of Clayson, Mann, Yaeger & Hansen, becoming a partner in just three years. During his practice, Mr. Walker distinguished himself as an excellent civil litigation attorney and trial lawyer, and is well respected among other lawyers and his clients. In 2011, Barry resigned from Clayson to join his father in forming the Riverside based law firm of Walker Trial Lawyers, LLP.
In January, 2012, Attorney Heather E. Kirk joined the Riverside based firm to work along side her brother and father. After graduating from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, she was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. Ms. Kirk brings to Walker Trial Lawyers extensive experience in business and transactional law, as well as civil litigation in the areas of public entity and insurance defense.
"Answer the phone on the first ring. Keep the doors open and be there every day. Accommodate the needs of your clients by providing as wide a range of services as possible. Be responsive. And most important, take the time necessary to keep your clients and family happy. Unhappiness from either sector will negatively affect your life."
Hon. Rodney L. Walker, Ret.
"Our goal is to tell YOUR story in a way that will convince a judge or jury that you are entitled to the relief that you seek in your case. We do that by learning about you, what happened and exactly what you want to achieve. We will then do everything in our power to get YOU the best result. We will handle YOUR case like it is our own."
