Walkers is a registered listing agent of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange ("CSX"), which provides a listing facility for all forms of mutual funds and specialist debt securities, including asset backed and credit linked notes and collateralised bond and loan obligations. Walkers provide a 'one stop shop' to clients who wish to list any form of debt securities and equity interests in mutual funds on the CSX. As a result, the time it takes to obtain a listing, as well as the costs of a listing, are kept to a minimum.

Our affiliate, Walkers SPV Limited, is a licensed trust company based in the Cayman Islands with a branch office in Tokyo. Walkers SPV provide a full range of management, control and administration for SPV, offshore funds and companies.
