| Biography | Mr. Crouch joined Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in 1975 and is a partner at the firm. His practice includes dispute resolution and regulatory and business transaction matters with representation and advice for clients engaged in manufacturing, healthcare, energy and natural resource development, product distribution, transportation services and charitable activities. Mr. Crouch founded the firm's Environmental Law, Intellectual Property and Technology practices. He is a member of the firm's business relocation and facility siting teams. Mr. Crouch is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward White, Inc.) for his commercial litigation experience. In the manufacturing and service sectors, Mr. Crouch works with clients such as Nissan North America, Inc., Capstone Turbine Corporation, Scaled Composites, LLC, and Tenet Healthcare Corporation providing counsel regarding business transactions, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution matters. He also represents healthcare providers and manufacturers in connection with their information systems licensing, technology licensing and outsourcing relationships. He recently completed several outsourcing transactions including a major logistics agreement for an automobile manufacturer and an IT outsourcing transaction valued at approximately $500 million over a 10 year period for a healthcare provider.
