Practice/Industry Group Overview

The Technology Practice Group provides technology-based companies with a variety of integrated services. We represent growth companies, founders, management, shareholders, directors, and investors in a wide range of technology sectors, including software, hardware, semiconductors, medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. In its second year of existence, the Technology Practice Group serves technology clients in debt and equity financings; mergers and acquisitions; general business structuring; and the purchase, sale, licensing, and development of software and other technologies. The Technology Practice Group assists technology and other knowledge-based companies of every type with business and employment matters, intellectual property protection, and litigation disputes.
