Wendy Feinstein has a broad range of experience in complex business and commercial litigation. She regularly represents companies in matters involving contracts, business torts and intellectual property. Wendy also represents pharmaceutical companies in product liability actions. In addition, her varied experience includes representing employers in employment disputes and foreign countries in litigation in the United States. While the majority of her practice is litigation, Wendy has served as outside general counsel for firm clients and she regularly counsels clients to develop business strategies and solutions to prevent litigation or resolve matters outside of court or arbitration.
