In 1976, Al Weycer and Richard Kaplan began practicing law together, and in 1979 formed Weycer & Kaplan. Joe Pulaski & Gordon Zuber began practicing law in 1962, most of the time at the firm of Foreman Dyess Prewett Rosenberg & Henderson (later Foreman Dyess). In 1985, Weycer Kaplan Pulaski & Zuber was created by the merger of Weycer & Kaplan and Pulaski & Zuber.
