About this office: The firm has been in existence for more than 120 years, having been founded in 1888 by William F. Bundy. In 1992, Mr. Bundy was joined in practice by Charles Wham. Fred L. Wham joined the firm in 1917 and was a partner until he became a Federal Judge in 1925. John Page Wham joined the firm in 1929. In 1947, James B. Wham and William B. Wham returned from World War II and became partners. Richard A. Cary joined the firm in 1973, followed by Jennifer W. Price and Daniel R. Price. Wham & Wham, Lawyers is a general litigation firm practicing throughout Southern Illinois in all State and Federal Courts. Our lawyers handle a wide variety of legal problems.
