White, Getgey & Meyer (WGM) was founded in 1962. Since our inception, we have been devoted to helping individuals who were injured as a result of an accident or medical malpractice. While we continue to be one of the region's leaders in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, our practice has diversified to include a broad range of civil litigation.
A significant part of WGM's practice is now devoted to commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. We represent clients in trials, arbitrations, or administrative proceedings in all manner of business and civil disputes.
Our Commitment to Clients
At WGM, we value the relationships we have with each of our clients, working at all times to advance their interests using extensive legal resources and cutting-edge technology. WGM delivers the personal attention clients deserve while offering sophisticated legal representation with flexibility and responsiveness that larger firms cannot match.
Thorough and thoughtful preparation is standard procedure at WGM. Our clients deserve timely, objective and carefully considered advice and counsel. Many of our clients come to us from referrals with the referring lawyer secure in the knowledge that the client's case will be handled with utmost diligence and responsibility, and the client will return to the referring firm satisfied with our services.
Our Commitment to Cost-Efficiency
No matter what the subject matter, experience has taught us that every client has unique needs, and that different disputes require different approaches. We enjoy the courtroom, but appreciate its costs and risks. That is why we work hard to meet our clients' objectives through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) whenever possible. When ADR is not successful, our clients benefit from a team of seasoned trial attorneys who know how to aggressively prepare a case and see it through to a successful verdict, then protect it on appeal.
Our clients vary from individuals to large corporations. WGM provides its clients with trial attorneys that have extensive courtroom experience and skills developed at the trial and appellate levels of state and federal courts.
