In his more than 30 years at the Firm, Mr. Kipnes has handled a broad array of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings, including cases involving antitrust, RICO, contract disputes, corporate governance, construction, and insurance coverage. He previously served for many years as chair of the Firm's Litigation Services Department. He is chair of the Firm's Committee on Professional Responsibility and serves as General Counsel to the Firm.
